The Returns & Exchanges policy below is final. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be posted here once our carrier setup is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery, on unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags attached.
To start a return, contact us with your order number — see the Contact page.
Altered/tailored pieces, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Exchanges (e.g. a different size) are subject to availability; we recommend an in-store fitting for made-to-measure pieces.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Determining real shipping charges by address

Shipping is handled through UniUni. Once rates are confirmed with them, they'll be posted above by destination and package size. If you'd rather charge the exact courier cost for each customer's specific postal code instead of flat zones, that requires connecting a live rate lookup — a few common options:

Canada Post's rate API — official, calculates cost by postal code + package weight/size in real time. Requires a Canada Post business account.
Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform — many have live carrier rates (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator) built in, no custom coding needed. Worth considering if you outgrow flat-rate zones.
Flat zone rates (what's used above) — simplest to maintain, slightly imprecise at the edges, no technical setup required.
